Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree / Hon’s / Masters (in case of special skill & experience, Education qualification may be relaxed).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have experience working as NQC in lingerie manufacturing factory, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be certified from H&M buyer for NQC.
∎ Candidates should be experienced in 5 years with H&M NQC responsible.
∎ Develop, Manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To give size set sample & Initial approval as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting as per H&M NQC Manual.
∎ Doing Sewing & Finishing in-line inspection as per NQC Manual to check the quality.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final inspection as per NQC Manual.
∎ Dummy fitting check & report as like H&M technician & report sent to H&M office.
∎ Should have clear idea about Dummy In Store check system.
∎ Should have clear idea about H&M Customer claim-RCA & CAPA.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area's As Per H&M Quality System & NOC Manual-QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Control, Final Inspection.
