Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be certified from H&M buyer for NQC.
∎ Candidates should be experienced in 5 years with H&M buyer NQC responsible.
∎ Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ To give size set sample approval
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
∎ Follow up Pre-Final inspection
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP
∎ To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
∎ Must possess adequate Knowledge about H&M Quality Protocols procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the leadership quality to lead the quality team.
∎ Should have the positive attitude to implement new ideas and system.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard.
∎ Need to manage all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Good Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel,power point)
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
Salary: Negotiable
