Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience on GPON/EPON/XPON Network.
∎ Good Communication skill and team work.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up and configuring switches, OLT, MikroTik routers, and access points.
∎ Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have clear concept & knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi network.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Installing computer operating systems, configuring & troubleshooting computer hardware, network & LAN setup.
∎ Ensuring CCTV operation and maintenance.
∎ Following up and updating customer complaints and maintain ticketing system.
∎ Able to manage field operation team
