Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Switch, Router & Firewall. Able to configure Mikrotik router as well as CISCO switch and router.
∎ Having professional knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Network printers.
∎ Must have knowledge with protocols and technologies such as STP, PVST, First Hop Redundancy Protocols, Ether Channel, QoS, NTP, 802.1x & NetFlow, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, PBR, IPv4, IPv6, L2VPN, L3VPN and other advanced LAN/WAN technologies and concepts.
∎ Excellent knowledge to provide IT supports for desktop, laptop and other IT devices like Printer, Wi-Fi Device UPS, IP Based Video Surveillance, and Access Control Devices.
∎ Having experience to install Microsoft Window, Linux software installation, configuration and support.
∎ Knowledge of Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking
∎ Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
∎ Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in TCP (internals and flow control), UDP, DNS & DHCP.
∎ Candidates should also possess past experience with IPSec/Remote Access VPN technologies, Firewalls, Wireless (802.11x) & IT security best practices.
