Education:
∎ BSc in CSE/ECE/ETE/ICT/EEE or related subjects with no 3rd Division/Class or equivalent in any of the examinations.
∎ No third division/class or equivalent in any academic examinations.
∎ Preferably holds certifications in networking, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or a related field.

∎ Proven experience in network operations, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
∎ Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including data centers and disaster recovery sites.
∎ Ability to work night shifts and provide on-call support as part of a 24/7 roster.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to travel for on-site issue resolution.
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
∎ Proven experience in network operations, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
∎ Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including data centers and disaster recovery sites.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform roster duty in Data Centers (DC), Disaster Recovery Sites (DRS), and Near Data Centers (NDC), including night shifts.
∎ Monitor network operations 24/7 to ensure the availability and performance of DC, NDC, DRS, and network services.
∎ Ensure continuous network availability for ATMs, bank branches, and other critical banking services.
∎ Visit branches, divisions, and other offices to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues as required.
∎ Address and resolve various IT-related issues, providing support and troubleshooting to maintain seamless IT operations.
