Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, EEE, Diploma in Electrical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, link delivery and troubleshooting of customer premise devices
∎ Diagnosing customer end network configuration issues and network performance.
∎ Provisioning for customer end devices like OLT, Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, router, and switches.
∎ Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Liaising with last mile service providers for new connectivity and fault resolution.
∎ Coordinate to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective Hirerchy regarding fault issues (fault notification)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' support experience in CISCO/Mikrotik.
∎ Hands on experience on APNIC resources, ACI, ISE, NGFW, Web content security, LTM, WAF, Proxy, packet shaper, NMS.
∎ Knowledge, Competencies & skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
