Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating General Ledgers;
∎ Bank Reconciliation;
∎ Monthly Management Accounts;
∎ Monthly P&L Reporting;
∎ Must know Bangla Typing through BIJOY Font
∎ Updating all records and any other functions related to property management;
∎ Complete monthly audits;
∎ Knowledge of Sage accounting - Updating Records;
∎ Reporting to Directors/ Management on occupancy, turnarounds, voids and risk;
∎ Reporting on company voids, performance and other tasks set by Directors;
∎ Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
∎ Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
∎ Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Have to develop smart result-oriented accounts system and report to management.
∎ Other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
∎ Knowledge must accounting software like Tally/ERP or Simla Accounts Softwar
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Computer Skills - Must be able to operate Microsoft Word/Excel
∎ Language Skills - English, Bengali (Advanced Level)

Salary: Negotiable
