Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
Supervising the team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve the company’s goals.
Collaborating with NOC Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
Ensure highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types of customer.
Ensure Technical Support/Guidance to Clients.
Network performance monitoring and reporting.
Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
Technical support (onsite/remote) for Internet & Networking, Service Usage and related issues.
Configure & manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
