∎ Diploma in Computer, Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Installation, commissioning and regular maintenance of network equipment such as Routers, Switches, WiFi, AP, MC, ONU etc. at DC, NOC, PoPs, Corporate and Home Customers Premise with assistance/guidance from Engineers.
∎ • Installation, commissioning and regular maintenance of Data Centre equipment (Servers, Racks, Patch Cords, Patch Panels, Cable Managers, ODFs, UTP Cables, UPS, GenSet, AC, PAC etc.) with assistance/guidance from Engineers.
∎ • Radio link connectivity installation, troubleshooting & maintenance with assistance/guidance from Engineers.
∎ • Physical network (LAN) configuration, UTP Cable layout, troubleshooting & maintenance.
∎ • Optical Fiber layout, troubleshooting & maintenance.
∎ • On-site support for Corporate Customers and Home Users.
∎ • Ensure 24/7 (roster duty) uninterrupted support to client.
∎ • Has to be team player with strong interpersonal skill, regular reporting skills, and must have customer first attitude and interest in learning new technologies.
∎ • Must get engage in emergency support services at any time needed
