- প্রার্থীকে লুব্রিকেন্ট/ইঞ্জিন অয়েল উৎপাদনের (ব্লেন্ডিং ও রিসাইক্লিং) ৭-১০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতাসহ উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থাপক পদে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। প্লান্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট/কারখানা ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে সম্মক ধারনা থাকতে হবে। প্রডাক্ট এর গুনগত মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে হবে। লুব্রিকেন্ট/ইঞ্জিন অয়েল উৎপাদনের (ব্লেন্ডিং ও রিসাইক্লিং) সার্বিক দায়িত্ব নিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
