Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team leader for Fan Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Sourcing & Developing Dealers channels, Corporate clients and retailer nation-wide.
∎ Oversee national sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with dealers/corporate clients/Distributors/ Retailers.
∎ To create and follow up new dealers/ Corporate Clients/ Distributor/ Retailers.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & Marketing position.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Set and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
∎ Lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain all targets.
∎ Should have the experience in conducting sales training to the team members.
∎ Excellent writing. Interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country.
∎ Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Should be prepared to carry out their duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10(Ten) years job experience with reputed brand(s) at the same industry and minimum 5 (Five) years at the same position.
∎ Must have work experience in either ceiling Fan or light or cable industry.
∎ Must have experience of working in national dealer sales.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
