Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) who responsible for Sales & market stand for Networking Cable CAT 5; CAT6 & Optical Fiber of Sales operation & following activities.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for CAT 5, CAT 6 UTP/STP cables, and various optical fiber products.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and establish a strong dealer/distributor network across the territory.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key project stakeholders (e.g., ISPs, construction companies, data centers).

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal route coverage and performance.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and report on regional performance to recommend strategic adjustments
