Responsibilities & Context:
Product Innovation & Design: Lead the complete R&D lifecycle for new ceiling, pedestal, and portable rechargeable fan models, focusing on energy efficiency and mechanical reliability.
• BLDC & Electronic Engineering: Drive the integration of Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, optimized electronic control circuits (PCBs), and smart remote/IoT modules.
• Battery & Power Management: Advance the development of lithium-ion/LiFePO4 battery integration, smart charging algorithms, and solar AC/DC hybrid backup systems.
• Aerodynamic Optimization: Utilize Computer Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and structural analysis to improve blade design, maximizing air delivery (CFM) while minimizing noise.
• Testing & Compliance: Establish rigorous testing protocols for thermal performance, voltage fluctuation resilience, battery cycle life, and safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of design, electrical, and mechanical engineers to deliver projects within strict market timelines.
