Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a National Sales Manager (NSM) who responsible for one of leading company's (Circle & Skyview Brand) of Sales operation which includes overseeing sales, distributor & sales team follow up related activities. In this position, he will play a pivotal role in managing the team of distribution & retail associates, interfacing with customers and contributing to the overall success of the sales management.
- To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies with the help of Sales Head.
- Achieving the target product sales level and collection of products as per the prescribed policy.
- To suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- To be good and friendly with SKU wise target vs achievement. To help RSM, ZSM, TSM and SO for creating New Dealer/ Distributor and maintain good relationship with them and Demand generation.
- To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line. (Using sales KPI).
- To conduct Market research & develop Sales plan. Scheme design (in consultation with Director Sir and Sales Head), feedback on effectiveness of schemes and design of market development activities.
- To implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- To maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- To conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
- To ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.
- To direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- To generate monthly reports for presenting to Director Sir and Sales Head which highlights:
- Target vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for Shortfall (if applicable).
