∎ The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. National Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.
∎ Lead and Hire an experienced Sales Team including Divisional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and TSO
∎ Work directly under Managing Director and Director (Sales) and prepare sales reports and analysis reports for senior management.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its nationwide territories.
∎ Visit dealers and retail points countrywide in company owned vehicles and report to senior management for every market visit.
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidate will get preference for age and education.
∎ Must be able to set-up Sales Team immediately
∎ Must be energetic and passionate towards sales
∎ Get Preference Must have work experience in FMCG sector
∎ Must have experience of working in national dealer sales
∎ Must have excellent leadership skills
