Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will and lead multiple team of sales department all over Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Head Office & Corporate Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of new staff, induction of new staff in market
∎ Team building and removing obstacles for growth
∎ Making monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow up and discussion with team members
∎ Sales analysis : value wise and product wise
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary actions
∎ Ensuring payment and availability of product as per sales and targets
∎ keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
∎ Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions
∎ Regular attending monthly ,quarterly and yearly meeting of company
∎ Keeping up to date about company products, services and competitors
∎ Monitoring activities, product and services of competitors
∎ Create distributor and maintain sufficient stocks at Distributors' Warehouse
∎ Keep and have to be up dated all types of sales related documentation
∎ Collect information about competitors' activities in the market
Additional Requirements:

∎ Good knowledge of area or region
∎ Good contact with doctors and chemists in region
∎ Have the skills in MS word, MS-excel.
