Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a District Sales Manager who will responsible to achieve sales target for the selected District.
∎ Job Location: Any district in Bangladesh.
∎ You may mention your preferred district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive for achieving Primary and Secondary sales Target.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned territory.
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Establishing and maintaining dealer or distribution network by own.
∎ To create a new distributor in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ To ensure product stock at dealer point.
∎ Tracking, recording & reporting sales on daily basis.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Keep and have to be up dated all types of sales related documentation.
∎ Submission of Daily Movement Reports to the reporting management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Pharmaceutical, Herbal Medicine, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Retail Sales and Marketing.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level.
∎ Good networking ability
∎ Good knowledge of area or region
∎ Have the skills in MS word, MS-excel.
