∎ Minimum MBA/ BBA/ Master's in Management/ Economics/ Public Administration/ related discipline from any recognized university or Bachelor's degree in engineering/ technology.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discovery of innovation or business ideas.
∎ Access to Challenge Lab for ideation, design, prototyping, and proof of concept.
∎ Opportunities to listen to global and national innovation/startup leaders.
∎ Access to national and global corporate and startup networks and opportunities for partnership, contributing to bridging industry-academia
∎ Pre-seed and seed fund for prototype and minimum viable product [MVP] development
∎ Learning and support of intellectual property rights [IPR] protection

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience out of which at least 5 (five) years’ experience in IT & ITES-related projects in a management position.
∎ Candidates having international exposure related to IT & ITES program management will be preferred.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding project objectives and KPIs
∎ Proficiency in using project management tools [MS Teams, G-suit, etc]
∎ Proficiency in team management.
∎ Ability to plan and budget
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ability to analyze trends, and behavior, of users
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex ideas.
∎ Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales teams.
∎ Experience in managing external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
