Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Experience: Fresher & who are interested in operations or manufacturing support roles, preferably in a GPRO-related environment with RGM Factory.
∎ Skills: Strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
∎ Knowledge: Understanding of GPRO systems, floor operations, and equipment management is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MTO - Process Development to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing daily audits of GPRO equipment across cutting, sewing, wash, and finishing departments in the ready-made garments factory.
∎ Daily GPRO Equipment Audit: Conduct daily audits of GPRO equipment across cutting, sewing, wash, and finishing floors.
∎ Login & Logout Monitoring: Check login/logout status for associates on the sewing floor, ensuring accurate records.
∎ Error Log Correction: Review and correct error logs, collaborating with the Maintenance Management and GES teams.
∎ Tracking & Comparison: Monitor wash receiving vs. tag receiving and update records accordingly.
∎ Daily Reporting: Create and maintain daily reports for no logout associates, PO sheets, and work stage updates from GES and SDT Web reports.
∎ Schedule Management: Re-assign schedules, manage work processes, and ensure effective shopfloor operations.
∎ Training & Awareness: Conduct daily GPRO awareness meetings with line associates, focusing on cutting, sewing, and finishing floor procedures.
∎ Equipment Allocation: Oversee the collection, allocation, and allotment of GPRO equipment across all departments.
∎ Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with IT and Maintenance teams for GPRO equipment management and maintenance as needed.
∎ Error Tag Regeneration: Address error tags on the cutting floor and implement necessary solutions.
∎ Display & Monitoring: Ensure display TV monitoring on the sewing floor for performance tracking.
∎ Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with any other official tasks as required by the department.
