Skills Required: Process Development,smv calculation
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 25 years
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of Time & Motion Study, SMV calculation, and efficiency formulas.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
- Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, IE software/tools (basic).
- Strong communication with ability to work with operators and supervisors.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory environment
