Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning.
∎ Coordinate with related departments for smooth production.
∎ Always be involved in all processes and follow up on technical and production operations.
∎ Adopt the best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and to ensure the optimization of resources.
∎ According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing.
∎ Ensure that the production runs based on the approved SOP.
∎ Ensure or deliver technical ideas to reduce production process loss by maintaining the best quality.
∎ Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production.
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality, and efficiency of the factory.
∎ Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
∎ Handling day-to-day accounting & day-end cash book.
∎ Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
∎ Handling all banking related work & prepare bank voucher.
∎ Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
∎ Making payments through various modes like RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. and keeping track of them.
∎ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
∎ Handling petty cash.
∎ Prepare cheque requisition & monthly expenditure report.
∎ Reconciliation of individual bank account.
