∎ Age at least 22 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process orders from international customers, ensuring they are fulfilled on time.
∎ Liaise with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with export laws, trade agreements, and sanctions in both exporting and importing countries.
∎ Prepare required export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
∎ Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other authorities to ensure smooth processing.
∎ Manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to manage inventory for export orders.
∎ Identify potential new markets for the company’s products.
∎ Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market trends
