• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year experience in dyeing or wet processing.

• Basic knowledge of dyeing processes and textile materials.

• Understanding of dyes, chemicals, and fabric types.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work in a factory/production environment.Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production reporting tools).

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory. We are looking few MTO for the dyeing - Production.The Dyeing Production Management Trainee Officer will support dyeing production operations while undergoing structured training in dyeing processes, production planning, quality control, and safety compliance. The role focuses on developing technical and managerial skills to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective dyeing production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily dyeing production activities to ensure output meets targets.

• Support preparation and execution of dyeing recipes and process parameters.

• Observe and assist in batch scheduling and machine loading.

• Help identify process deviations and report issues to supervisors.

• Assist in shade matching and shade approval processes.

• Monitor color consistency, fastness, and fabric quality during and after dyeing.

• Support corrective actions for shade variation, re-dyeing, or defects.

• Coordinate with Planning, Laboratory, and Finishing departments.

• Support production planning to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Maintain production and process records accurately.

• Assist in proper usage and storage of dyes and chemicals.

• Monitor chemical consumption and help reduce wastage.

• Ensure compliance with MSDS and handling guidelines.

• Follow workplace safety rules and environmental guidelines.

• Support implementation of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices.

• Assist in monitoring effluent treatment and sustainable dyeing practices.

• Participate in on-the-job training and technical workshops.

• Learn modern dyeing techniques, machinery operation, and automation systems.

• Prepare reports and presentations as part of the trainee program.
