We’re Hiring: Motion Designer (Illustrator + Photoshop Wizard)

Are you the kind of designer who sees movement in still frames?
Do layers, masks, vectors, and keyframes feel like your second language?

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who doesn’t just animate — but brings ideas to life.

Note: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Advertising industry/ Production house

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Turn static designs into dynamic motion magic

• Create scroll-stopping social media animations

• Design assets in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop ready for motion

• Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters & video editors

• Transform concepts into engaging visual stories

🎨 What You Must Be Great At

• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator (vector mastery, clean layering, smart asset prep)

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (compositing, manipulation, layout)

• Solid motion design sense (timing, transitions, rhythm, storytelling)

• Understanding of branding and visual consistency

• Ability to think concept-first, not just software-first

• Understand cinematic motion & modern digital trends

• Can create explainer-style animations

• Must have experience working with agencies or production houses

• Are detail-obsessed (yes, we zoom in at 400%)
