∎ Masters in Social Science/Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: Maternity Allowance and Lactating Mother Allowance funded by WFP
∎ Job Location: Project area Rajshahi & Rangpur District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist PM in developing annual and quarterly activity plan
∎ Prepare monthly implementation plan of activities related with monitoring with detailed annual activity plan in accordance with budget
∎ Guide WDO in collecting regular field information following MIS
∎ Make coordination with UPO others govt. oficials
∎ Prepare case studies on success stories and document program activities
∎ Collect monitoring information, analyze and compile data on regular basis following MIS

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age below or equal to 38 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant fields
∎ Working experience in mid-level project management/supervisory position
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people
∎ Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative M & E system.
∎ Proven competencies to work with MS-Excel, MS-Access, SPSS is preferable.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
