Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Management & Reporting: (55%)
∎ Contribute to developing a unique Information Management system/MIS for all the projects at Bhasanchar.
∎ Coordinate with Programme Coordinator and Project Manager and responsible for preparing all types of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of WFP-funded General Food Assistance Project (GFA) project/s in Bhasan Char
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports of all projects in Bhasan Char following specific reporting formats and donor deadlines
∎ Coordinate with the project team and contribute to preparing project completion reports.
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation: (20%)
∎ Coordinate and manage to conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM), In-Field Monitoring, etc.
∎ Prepare Post Distribution Monitoring and also other monitoring reports of all projects/seasonal program
∎ Provide technical support for conducting need assessment, FGDs, baseline, and end-line survey
∎ Contribute to conducting project evaluation and drafting evaluation report
∎ Accountability & Learning: (15%)
∎ Contribute to establishing Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM), maintain CFM logbook, ensure response of different complaints and feedbacks, and ensure regular monitoring of CFM process and procedure.
∎ Contribute to Core Humanitarian Standard of Islamic Relief Bangladesh
∎ Disseminate reports and study findings to relevant stakeholders
∎ Maintain project lesson learned log
∎ Contribute to organizing lessons learned workshop/project inception workshop with management and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordination: (5%)
∎ Establish and maintain effective linkages with government, strategic networks, and partners to ensure influence at the local and national levels for different projects
∎ Represent IRB to donors, government, UN agencies, and other NGOs concerning the projects, including participation in consultative meetings with other partners
∎ Ensure coordination and integration across various sectors and approaches in the working areas
∎ Other Requirements (5%)
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering to achieve the organizational goals of safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Responsible for seasonal (Ramadan & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if require.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
