Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduation in any discipline (Statistics and Economics will be preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the credit and savings related activities;
∎ Check all the savings and credit related records and documents;
∎ Regularly visit the groups and check the all-related documents (Pass Books/Record Books/Collection Sheets etc.);
∎ Strictly check the loan disbursement/ repayment and savings related activities;
∎ Provide analytical reports to respective supervisor (monthly/quarterly/when required);
∎ Identify potential issues/problems as well as success of program operation;
∎ Provide professional assistance for timely accurate and consistent flow of Data/ Information as well as reports from field;
∎ Any other tasks requested by the supervisor that are relevant to the job family and related to RDRS Bangladesh objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years of working experience in Microfinance Monitoring;
∎ Fair knowledge in Monitoring and Evaluation;
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint;
∎ Good Interpersonal skills and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written.
Salary: Tk. 24332 (Monthly)
