Job Context:
∎ KMSS as a National NGO has been working in various districts of Bangladesh since 1997. The organization is looking forward to recruit eligible candidates for Monitoring Officer under Excluded People`s Rights in Bangladesh Project funded by UK Aid and managed by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF). The project will be implemented at 8 wards of Khulna City Corporation and 4 unions of Batiaghata Upazilla.
∎ Duration of the Contract: September 2019 - December 2021 ( 2.4 Years )
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible as 'Monitoring Officer' of the assigned project.
∎ Prepare monthly monitoring plan and accomplish the planned activities to contribute for achieving the desire goal of the project.
∎ Prepare and finalize quality of each event reports of assigned Project to meet up donor and organizational requirements.
∎ Responsible for process monitoring such as workshop, training, dialogue and others.
∎ Responsible for results monitoring of the project on the level of output, outcome and impact.
∎ Ensure quality of the project activity through active monitoring and evaluation of the project.
∎ Responsible to assist baseline and end line survey of the project.
∎ Responsible to assist conducting internal and external monitoring of the project.
∎ Responsible to develop M&E plan, performance monitoring and prepare tools for data collection.
∎ Responsible for data collection, data analysis and data validity through using data spread sheet for ensuring quality of the project.
∎ Ensure effective communication and networking with project stakeholder along with Go-NGO & donor agencies.
∎ Undertake any other decision in consultation with Project Coordinator/ Executive Director.
∎ Undertake any other activities assigned by the Project Coordinator/Executive Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) as Monitoring Officer in any reputed NGO.
∎ Proven experience to work with Local government, Marginalized people on rights based approach.
∎ Willingness to visit at the working areas in an intensive way.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Proven ability to work alongside, and to learn from, a wide range of people.
∎ Creativity, flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to priorities workloads to meet deadlines.
∎ Have experience on data collection, data analysis and data validity through using data spread sheet for ensuring quality of the project.
∎ Ability to ride motorbike with having a valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
