∎ Master in social science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ ECHO HIP Urban resilience project in Dhaka and Naryangonj has been started. The Project is supported by Save the Children International.
∎ Reports to : Project Coordinator
∎ Duty station : Dhaka, have to visit Narayangonj regularly
∎ Job summary: The person will be responsible for overall Monitoring, process documentation, developing relevant monitoring tools and communication for the smooth implementation of project activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing various monitoring tools
∎ Event wise reporting and documentation workshop/seminar/various event.
∎ Develop communication and work plan.
∎ Conduct research, study, base line survey, mapping etc.
∎ Organize and conduct orientation on monitoring tools for project staff.
∎ Preparer periodical monitoring report.
∎ Develop BCC materials and hand book.
∎ Assist to develop website
∎ Assist Manager to prepare Interim report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in development organization as a Monitoring and documentation Coordinator/officer
∎ Experience in M&E system.
∎ Experience to prepare event report of local and national level event.
∎ Computer literacy at advanced level with the MS Word 2007 Office package.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Should have good proficiency in English and Bengali, both spoken and written.
Salary:
∎ Salary will be 39,783.00 BDT per month, including all benefits and bonuses. The salary is not negotiable.
