Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in statistics or social science
∎ [Desirable] Master in any discipline, preferably in statistics or social science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis, Monitoring, Report Writing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Measure and report Strategy KPIs, assist in adapting project based monitoring tools, data management system and reporting.
∎ Support in developing Community Led Monitoring (CLM) tools and system.
∎ Build capacity of community partners and Project Staffs on DME functions.
∎ Contribute in Project baseline survey and evaluation, facilitate lessons learned, and conduct studies to support learning agenda.
∎ Analyze and share information & reports to relevant stakeholders for effective and efficient program implementation and decision-making.
∎ Ensure compliance with Partnership Standard, Policies and Child Well-being Outcomes.
∎ Ensure to develop and adopt unique monitoring and supervision tools to establish quality monitoring system.
∎ Ensure field level and community based monitoring of project activities.
∎ Ensure direct beneficiaries tracking system in place.
∎ Gather authentic data and verify the validity & consistency of data.
∎ Ensure monitoring reports in timely manner.
∎ Assist to document reports on monitoring, evaluation, researchers’/study and better practices.
∎ Establish Community Based Monitoring System and follow up.
∎ Orient project staff on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format.
∎ Facilitate and assist to conduct Program monitoring, baseline, evaluation; documentation of lessons learned, best practices and small impact study.
∎ Ensure all DME events documentation, analyses information and disseminate information with respective stakeholders.
∎ Conduct small study/impact study for exploring evidence base program impacts and highlighted the program effectiveness.
∎ Develop questionnaires and facilitate FGD, Survey, Social Mapping, KII and others technique to collect information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills on project monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving licence.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences in relevant field.
∎ Should live in the Special Project working area and 50% fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and cope with changes.
