∎ At least 3 (three) years of experience in implementing monitoring and evaluation systems as well as designing and maintaining a database.
∎ Experience in managing and executing M&E activities for donor-funded projects, including experience in developing M&E capacity among staff and partners.
∎ Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative methodologies will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Experience coordinating with governments, ministries, and/or local CSOs, as well as local communities, for the design and implementation of surveys and other data collection techniques.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access).
∎ Prefer proficiency in M & E related Software’s (SPSS and/or STATA and/or Epi, Kobo Toolbox, G-Suites Info).
∎ Fluent communication skills in both writing and speaking English.
∎ Proven good report writing skills, ability to present monitoring data and survey findings clearly.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as be part of a team.
∎ Able to cope with stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of the local cultural and political context.
∎ Able to motivate others and work successfully within these contexts.
∎ Good communication skills and ability to present findings, learning, and best practices internally and externally.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure submission of daily and weekly reports (e.g. EWARS, DHIS2,4W, AWD, Activity info, etc.) from health post, health outreach and WASH program activities through different online platforms to multiple stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ Plan and conduct process monitoring and data quality assurance (DQA) in collaboration with program staff for the reported data to ensure that data reported is validated, is accurate and consistent while providing feedback as necessary to program teams.
∎ Conduct assessment, survey and FGD as needed and as appropriate, with service providers, beneficiaries, and others.
∎ Develop M&E tools (e.g. data collection template, checklist, questionnaire) using Kobo Toolbox, PowerBI, google form or relevant system under the direct supervision of M&E Manager.
∎ Regularly update the work plan, IPTT, action plan tracker, and relevant databases to ensure accurate monitoring, reporting, and project performance evaluation.
∎ Provide initial and refresher training on M&E toolkit to program staff and community volunteers, as needed under the guidance of M&E Manager.
∎ Support in establishing community feedback mechanisms as per organizational strategy.
∎ Support for developing M&E systems and processes to ensure effective implementation.
∎ Support program colleagues by providing technical support in data collection as well as clarification/ support as needed on M&E tools
∎ Supervise field level M&E team for timely and proper management and submission of weekly data of various program activities.
∎ Ensure data security and maintain sensitive data policies.
∎ Support M&E manager in preparing reports, presentation slides, etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the M&E Manager or Senior Management Team.
∎ Support M&E Manager for identifying needs as well as conducting M&E-related training as needed for staff and partner organizations
∎ Closely work with the program team, M&E Manager & M&E volunteers to produce timely program reports for all govt./sector/and or other agencies as per the reporting requirements
∎ Sustain good relationships and coordination with internal stakeholders, local partners, authorities, and other relevant organizations
∎ Carry out duties in a manner that promotes equity and respect for all local partners by understanding their norms, culture, and local context
