Job Context:
∎ Project: Collective Impact on Future of Work in Bangladesh Project
∎ Location: CARE Gazipur Hub Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to September 30,2024
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 -4 years' professional experience on MEL with particular focus on Women Empowerment, skills development, decent work, education or market systems.
∎ Sound knowledge on worker's issues particularly in the RMG sector
∎ Strong English writing skills is a mandatory requirement for the position
∎ Proven skills on M&E, research and knowledge management in an INGO or research institution in field.
∎ Prior experience of delivering large scale women empowerment, decent and dignified work. Working with USAID experience is preferred
∎ Proven track of qualitative monitoring learning, KM, review and evaluation, including setting of indicators and collection, analysis and presentation of data relating to project work.
∎ Good knowledge of software packages, especially statistical packages.
