Job Context:
∎ Project Name: Agaami- An action for fostering women`s leap towards Future Project
∎ 1 position, based at CARE Gazipur Hub Office
∎ This Contract will be up to August 15, 2021
∎ Reporting to: The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (M&EO) reports directly to Team Leader
∎ Working Condition: Position based under Gazipur Field Office but the M&E Officer is expected to spend approximately 60% of his/her work time in the field and provide intensive support to the PNGOs`

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years professional practical/experience in the M&E field
∎ Strong documentation skill
∎ Sound knowledge on programming in women empowerment and gender equality
∎ Experienced in qualitative data collection like FGD and KII
∎ Computer skill in SPSS, MS Access and Excel is essential.
∎ Basic understanding on ICT in M&EExcellent writing skills in English
