∎ Master's degree Statistical, Economics or other analytical field is desired, other may be considered with requisite qualifications. Having MPH would be considered as adding value.

Job Context:
∎ Project Name: Joint Action for Nutrition Outcome (JANO) Project
∎ This Contract will be up to January 31, 2022 (the contract will be renewed further based on satisfactory performance)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8- 10 years professional experience at a technical management position in M&E, Information Management and Learning.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience of community based nutrition/health/food security programming and its challenges (situations where populations suffer from medium to long-term chronic food insecurity and recurrent economic or social vulnerability).
∎ Proven skills on M&E, research and knowledge management in an INGO or research institution in field and country level. Prior experience of delivering large scale nutrition, food security or multi-sectoral, multi donor funded project such as EC, DFID, USAID.
∎ Proven experience of different methodologies in project monitoring, learning, knowledge management, review and evaluation, including setting of indicators and collection, analysis and presentation of data relating to project work.
∎ Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh context and priorities in nutrition/FSL and health.
∎ Good knowledge of software packages, especially statistical packages.
∎ Clear understand and practical experience in EC and Reporting requirements, guidance and compliances.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent demonstrable analytical skills in channeling data to produce effective information.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
