∎ Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, research, management information systems, reporting, data quality assessments, data analysis and presentation
∎ Experience monitoring and evaluating donor-funded activities, specifically on education-related programs
∎ Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with host-country counterparts in both the government, university, and NGO sectors is desirable
∎ Experience supporting Early Grade Reading Assessments is desired
∎ Excellent facilitation, oral and written communication skills
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
∎ Professional verbal and written proficiency in English and Bengali is required
