Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for education technical experts in the following areas:
∎ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
∎ Advise on the design of assessment activities relevant to early-grade reading, experience with Early Grade Reading Assessments (EGRA) preferred
∎ Design operations assessment studies that require the design, adaptation, and application of mathematical and statistical approaches to evaluation of challenges
∎ Support the project team to review project data and develop strategies to address any problems identified

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of five years of professional experience in the education sector in Bangladesh;
∎ Professional experience implementing international donor-funded required;
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity;
∎ Professional verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
