Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Statistics, Geography Environmental ScienceSociology or any other relevant subject

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Implementation of M&E system
∎ Develop and implement a project and program tracking system to prepare progress report against project or program specific indicators and activities planned.
∎ Ensure that program data is collected, analyzed, and reported accurately, reliably, and in a timely manner ensuring gender, inclusion and safeguarding priority.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation progress, share report and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide regular feedback and technical guidance to program staff on MEAL activities.
∎ Provide technical support in conducting baseline/end line survey or any other research and studies.
∎ Provide technical support on Digital Data Collection for Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDMs), Satisfaction surveys, Year End evaluation and Need assessments etc.
∎ Support to Design and improve entire MEAL system of the Muslim Aid UK Bangladesh Country Office.
∎ Collect information and gather evidence based on the project intervention and progress
∎ Ability to contribute concept note development, project proposal and log-frame design
∎ Contribute to prepare monthly, quarterly report, year-end report and project completion report
∎ Support project team to design, content, and production of all visibility materials for organizational branding
∎ Monitor distribution (cash/kind/others) process in line with CHS/other standards and share report
∎ Reporting and documentation:
∎ Liaise with project team for establishing effective information sharing/updating/ reporting mechanism.
∎ Assist to MEAL Manager and other colleagues through submission of timely data and information as required.
∎ Ensure that the projects collected and organized all necessary information to produce substantial evidence against the indicators as set in the proposal and log frame.
∎ Develop dashboard, infographics, maps, databases for providing basis of planning and strategy.
∎ Monitor the information by self and through sector colleagues, collate, compile and update dashboard to present updated needs, gaps, constraints, challenges, resources etc.
∎ Monitor and documented project resources are used effectively and efficiently
∎ GIS data collection, analysis, and mapping
∎ Plan, coordinate and implement GPS data collection, analysis, and information dissemination.
∎ Create different types of GIS map for visualization and taking approval for need basis.
∎ Research, draft and present any other documents necessary for project development, reporting and donor liaison purposes.
∎ Capacity building:
∎ Capacity building of volunteers, key project staffs around MEAL.
∎ Participate in the kick off internal and external meetings, training and workshops where has project responsibility.
∎ Undertake intensive field visits to monitor progress using Post Activity Effectiveness Monitoring and other MEAL initiatives.
∎ Ensure that learning is integrated into program design and implementation.
∎ Ability to organize workshop, meeting and training events for capacity building.
∎ Capture case studies, lesson learned and best practice as project required.
∎ Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility.
∎ Beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms:
∎ Ensure that the feedback and complaints mechanisms are in place and effectively managed.
∎ Develop and implement a system for collecting and responding to beneficiary feedback and complaints that are appropriate for the program and context.
∎ Oversee the proper management of the project CFM database.
∎ Train project staffs on the use of beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Analyze feedback and complaints to identify areas for program improvement.
∎ Ensure that beneficiary feedback and complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
