Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in statistics, economics, international development, demography or relevant field preferred; additional years of experience in lieu of a masters is acceptable.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Project: Anticipated USAID-funded Accelerating Reductions in Adolescent Childbearing Activity in Bangladesh
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for five (05) years.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 8+ years of MEAL experience on USAID-funded activities. Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
∎ Experience with MEAL for gender activities including gender-specific data collection and analysis issues, system design, indicators, and related sensitivities.
∎ Knowledge of ICT for MEAL and data visualization skills is a plus.
∎ Demonstrated track record of strategic, systems thinking, managing resistance to change, and change management.
∎ Proven leadership experience in organizational and peer-to-peer learning, capacity strengthening, and collaborative learning and adaptation. Familiarity with CLA, Participatory Learning and Action and other qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
∎ Clear understand and practical experience in USAID's M&E, evaluation, DQA, ADS, DDL, and Reporting requirements, guidance and compliances.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with host governments, donors, other donor-funded projects and stakeholders, local organizations, and partners.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to principles of Gender Equity, Diversity, Belonging and Inclusion.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Harassment (PSEAH).
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Effective written and communication skills in English and Bengali with fluency.
