∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience
∎ At least 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in an international organisation
∎ Experience of working closely with Government of Bangladesh (GOB) as well as with International and National organizations will be considered as an asset
∎ Knowledge in the field of Bangladesh power sector, energy policy/strategies and relevant government institutions is required.
∎ Sound experience in result indicators and result based monitoring
∎ Excellent presentations and Conflict resolutions skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Excellent command of MS-Office, Adobe Illustrator and online meeting / workshop tools.
∎ Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems and virtual media
∎ High proficiency in English language (both written and spoken) with excellent report writing skill and presentation ability
∎ Experience to work with a multi-disciplinary team in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Must demonstrate drive, possess self-organizational and inter-personal skill, and have result oriented approach
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
∎ Familiarity with German language will add extra value

∎ Assisting project/programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to and cooperate with a broad range of target groups
∎ Advise supervisor on all task when implementing GIZ rules and regulation
∎ Advise supervisor in the field of project's planning, steering and monitoring
∎ Independently implement goals and requirements set by the line manager
∎ Make decisions which have a short-term effect within a limited project area/ unit
∎ Assist supervisor to identify day to day problem and suggest appropriate solution
