জীবিকাভিত্তিক কার্যক্রম, সঞ্চয় গোষ্ঠী এবং গ্র্যাজুয়েশন পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে মৌলিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
কমিউনিটির সদস্যদের সাথে স্পষ্ট, কার্যকর এবং সম্মানজনকভাবে যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রতিবন্ধিতা অন্তর্ভুক্তি, লিঙ্গ সমতা এবং সেফগার্ডিং নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
দুর্গম ও দুর্যোগপ্রবণ এলাকায় নিয়মিত মাঠভিত্তিক ভ্রমণে আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ের ডকুমেন্টেশন, তথ্য সংরক্ষণ এবং রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুতের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক ও অংশগ্রহণমূলক উন্নয়ন পদ্ধতির প্রতি দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:

প্রকল্পের অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য নিয়মিত পরিবারভিত্তিক কোচিং ও ফলো-আপ সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
SHG ও OPD সদস্যদের জীবিকা ও গ্র্যাজুয়েশন কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা করা।
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সঞ্চয় চর্চা, আয়বর্ধক কার্যক্রম এবং ঝুঁকি-সহনশীলতা পরিকল্পনায় সহায়তা করা।
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সম্মুখীন সমস্যাসমূহ শনাক্ত করে Livelihood Officer ও প্রকল্প টিমকে অবহিত করা।
অংশগ্রহণকারীদের অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ডকুমেন্টেশন ও মনিটরিংয়ে সহায়তা করা।
কমিউনিটি মিটিং, উঠান বৈঠক এবং সচেতনতামূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় সহায়তা করা।
OPD নেতৃবৃন্দ ও SHG সদস্যদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।
মাঠ পর্যায়ে প্রশিক্ষণ সেশন এবং পরবর্তী ফলো-আপ কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা করা।
প্রকল্প কার্যক্রমে নারী এবং গুরুতর প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের অন্তর্ভুক্তি নিশ্চিত করা।
মৌলিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও মাঠ পর্যায়ের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণে সহায়তা করা।
সেফগার্ডিং সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব:
সকল মাঠ কার্যক্রমে সেফগার্ডিং ও সুরক্ষা নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা।
সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীর সাথে সম্মানজনক, নিরাপদ ও অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক আচরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
নির্ধারিত প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে সেফগার্ডিং সংক্রান্ত উদ্বেগ বা অভিযোগ রিপোর্ট করা।
কমিউনিটি পর্যায়ে জবাবদিহিতা ও ফিডব্যাক ব্যবস্থাকে সহায়তা করা।
অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব:
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সুপারভাইজার বা প্রকল্প ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is a not for profit organization established in 1996 to develop a more inclusive society for persons with disabilities. CDD simultaneously builds technical capacities of the development stakeholders and the communities in how to be more inclusive whilst also enabling persons with a disability to participate in society by strengthening their leadership and providing them with essential rehabilitation and other supports.
CDD is one of the most renowned organizations in the field of disability-inclusive development. CDD’s work in Bangladesh is supported by international and national donor agencies/development partners. CDD offers an inclusive, amicable, and respectable work environment.
The Ramon Magsaysay Award (Asian version of the Noble prize) has been awarded to its Executive Director in 2010. In 2018, CDD was recognized by the Government of Bangladesh as one of the best organizations working on disability and development issues.
CDD is accepting application for the position of ‘Graduation Coach’ under a project named ‘Empowering Persons with Disabilities through Inclusive Graduation and Resilience (EPDIGR)’ to be implemented with the support of CBM Global Disability Inclusion. The duration of the project is till 31st December 2028. The selected candidate will initially be hired for a three-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, his/her employment contract will be renewed on an annual basis.
