Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create cocktails using fresh ingredients
∎ Assist in the preparation of all beverages, both hot and cold
∎ Assist with general bar tender duties to include taking and making reservations, taking and serving order, clearing and preparing tables bar area and bar storage
∎ Understand the "ingredients" of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to confidently deal with customer queries
∎ Utilize appropriate stemware/glassware as required by Park standards
∎ Assist and train other team members
∎ Assist generally in the bar/drinks area as directed
∎ Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, costing and preparation methods
∎ To create innovative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors
∎ Perform any other official tasks assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
∎ Has specialty on preparing various drinks
∎ A customer-oriented and professional attitude
∎ Helpful, courteous attitude
∎ Work with dedication and integrity.
