Job Context:
∎ NDP invites application as a Cooperating Partner of World Food Programme (WFP) to support DWA and MoWCA to implement Mother and Child Benefit Programme (MCBP) in eight locations and facilitate learning to support scaling up in other areas.
∎ Job Location: Goainghat, Sylhet; Mehendigonj, Barisal; Mohongonj, Maymenshingh; Gangachara, Rangpur and Dhaka City. NDP-MCBP Programme Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support for regular enrollment of eligible women to the program following proper application process.
∎ Capacity building support to Union Digital Center (UDC) to processing application.
∎ Capacity building support to Union Parishad to enroll eligible women to the program following proper application process.
∎ Support scale up area UDC, UP and other stakeholders to ensure enrollment of eligible women to the program following proper application process.
∎ Organize Ward level campaigns on enrollment to MCBP.
∎ Participate in Ward level consultation meeting and communicate the programme message with community
∎ Support to organize monthly meeting at UP to facilitate monthly enrollment
∎ Conduction of community meetings with the mothers enrolled in the programme
∎ Development of monthly action plan
∎ Develop annual, six-monthly, quarterly and monthly activity plan.
∎ Support UWDO to development monthly plan.
∎ To provide training to staff and government officials on nutrition issue
∎ To carry out supportive, monitoring and motivation of the project staff
∎ Develop monitoring plan and indicators and accordingly monitoring of the project activities.
∎ Frequent field visit for programme monitoring in the Upazila.
∎ Regular follow-up to ensure well performance of the project staff.
∎ Monitoring of project performance on regular basis.
∎ Collection of data from fields and from communities as per need of the project.
∎ Ensure that essential monitoring mechanisms are in place
∎ Preserve beneficiary lists, database and other documents
∎ Prepare monitor reports and submit to UC.
∎ Capture learning from field, success stories and learning.
∎ Assist in preparing project’s monthly quarterly and annual reports
∎ Prepare other reports as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience in the similar type of position. Work experience in the respective region.
∎ Having experience on project monitoring and evaluation tools and process.
∎ Good command on computer, internet and online data management.
∎ Proven experience on data handling and management.
∎ Skill in computer programming.
∎ Experience of working with government department.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
