Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Sciences/ Statistics/ MIS/ EEE or relevant subject would be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Program name: Program Evidence, Advocacy, Research & Learning (PEARL) Unit
∎ This Contract will be up to 3 years from the date of joining

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years working experience in MIS with At least 3 years' experience in Managerial role in relevant field.
∎ Prior experience as digitization and creating organizational IMS.
∎ Strong skills and knowledge on online mobile data collection tools and usage (Kobo, ODK, similar).
∎ Experience in android and IOS programming and database development will be highly preferred.
∎ Experience in information archiving system.
∎ Experience in Azure or AWS or other cloud technology environment
∎ Basic proficiency in statistical package (SPSS, STATA, python, R or relevant) would be an asset.
∎ High proficiency data visualizations would be prioritized, e.g PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data studio.
∎ Experience in cloud base IMS platforms (website, OneDrive etc.)
∎ Experience in GIS mapping, coding and usage.
∎ Basic knowledge on Local Area Network (LAN) and network permission
