Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Science/Information Technology, Master in Statistics, or any other relevant Social Science subjects.
∎ Preference will be given to applicants who have proven experience in Database Management Systems through interactive software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Beneficiary information management and report preparation as per program needs.
∎ Provide MIS services including; data collection, analysis, and information dissemination for the components to make informed strategic decisions
∎ Plan and coordinate data collection, define coverage, avoid overlapping and make sure that data is collected within agreed deadlines.
∎ The MIS Officer will design and maintain all project internal and external databases and work with UNICEF & Education sector’s formatted KOBO and ONA.
∎ Lead the field staff and relevant personnel of the project during data collection as well as for survey, service mapping, training, and any other necessary processes.
∎ Developing and updating Open Data Kits (ODK) forms to ensure high-quality data collection and providing practical training for data enumerators and supervisors.
∎ Work closely with the project manager to ensure consistency and accuracy of the information collected from the field.
∎ Organize and undertake frequent field monitoring spot check visits for all program activities to verify data collection quality by field staff.
∎ Assisting the Coordinator-MEAL to prepare the progress reports for UNICEF and Education Sector.
∎ Develop an information-sharing platform as a web portal.
∎ Capacity building of stakeholders including project staff and community.
∎ S/he assists in staff capacity strengthening in relation to MIS and takes part in case study preparation and all lesson learning compilation and reporting of SRP operations.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in education project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Sound knowledge of information management, database management, data operations, data analysis, and report generation.
∎ Strong control over information technology and different application including Online Platform, like KOBO, ONA, and MS Office Packages
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 70,455 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
