Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS, CSE, EEE, ECE, ETE, ICT, IT or Telecommunication
∎ Training/Trade Course: Professional Training on CBS General Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, Treasury, and Islamic Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide CBS support to All End-user to all Branch, Head office and related Division
∎ Analysis and coordinate with all concerns to update the modules and conduct UAT of new or modified modules and rectify any issue related to General Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, Treasury, Islamic Banking and other CBS and CBS integrated modules
∎ Necessary documentation regarding office approvals, Process documentation, operation flowchart, user manuals, incidence report etc.
∎ Lead different MIS projects for all Divisions and Regulatory bodies as and when required
∎ Communicate with the respective divisions or users for rapid and effective report generation
∎ Provide User Training to the all concerned for effective use of MIS
∎ Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CBS Team, MIS Team
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bank, CBS, and other banking applications.
∎ Strong skill in query building with SQL/PL-SQL etc.,
∎ Quick Report Development on-demand using Crystal Reports or other different Report Writing Tools
