Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies/Business Administration majoring in MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take hand over of the software for the EIS pilot from the vendor
∎ Ensure all software related documents are in order and stored appropriately
∎ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for operationalization of the software
∎ Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks and repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems to other staff members or CF and communicate how to resolve issues
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications
∎ Make small changes to fields in the software to increase usability
∎ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for the EIS pilot website
∎ Ensure appropriate data is made available on the website
∎ Ensure interoperability with the Central Fund Document Management Software (when implemented)
∎ Ensure interoperability with the LIMA system of DIFE
∎ Ensure interoperability with other GoB systems
∎ Advice Admin and Finance officer for payment to service providers
∎ Data management, data security, and confidentiality of the data as per the GoB policy.
∎ Generate reports for various types of users
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years of experience in general maintenance of Management Information Systems and Document Management Systems with DC projects in the area of digitalization is an advantage. experience in IT department of private or public sector will get preference.
∎ proven work experience in supporting interoperability with GoB digital systems
∎ Business fluency in English and Bangla
