Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' degree preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with combination of qualifications and practical experience in relevant field. At least 3 years experience in Managerial role in relevant field. However, for truly deserving candidates, qualifications may be relaxed

∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

∎ Project name: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be 4.5 plus years

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 to 7 years professional practical/experience in the MIS / M&E field both quantitative and Qualitative aspects.
∎ Should have a solid foundation in programming languages & databases in any stack to facilitate system design, development, customization, troubleshooting & implementation.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting with strong skills in Power BI, SPSS, STATA, MS Access and Excel is essential.
∎ Experience in developing M&E/MIS tools and methodology
∎ Knowledge of participatory methods, quantitative and qualitative techniques for various assessments/ analysis.
∎ Commodity beneficiaries monitoring
∎ Good team player, strong listening skill and demonstrative learning attitude, hard working and devotion who can adapt challenging situation.
