Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF) Microcredit Regulatory Authority Certificate No. 05136-00895-00001, is working directly and indirectly for the socio-economic development about two lakh people. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi nationals for the following positions in the ‘Promotion of Value Added Fruits for Sustainable Growth and Instituting RECP Practices’ as a part of the ‘Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART)’ project. This sub-project aims to increase resource-efficient and resilient green growth of microenterprises (MEs) under High value crops (Fruits) sub-sector. The project is jointly financed by the World Bank, Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), and Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF). Interested candidates should submit their complete CV with 2 recent passport size photographs, photocopies of educational qualifications (all certificates), photocopies of National Identity Card, experience certificates and contact (mobile) number to the Executive Director at the following address by 5:00 PM on 19/03/2025. The name of the post and the mobile number for contact must be clearly mentioned on the envelope. Candidates selected to participate in the selection exam will be informed through SMS on their mobile. Candidates who pass the exam will be appointed through the organization's own process after verifying the authenticity of the information mentioned in the CV.

∎ Must be required to ride a motorcycle in the working area. As per the rules of the project, annual increment and other benefits will be available. Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, etc.) as per the organization's policy. Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules. It is to be noted that Only for this posts, security money of 15,000/- tk. will have to be paid at the time of appointment, which will be returned after the end of the service and the original certificate of educational qualification will have to be deposited with the organization.
