∎ The candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation/MIS and documentation in a development organization that works in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be required to ride a motorcycle in the working area.
∎ As per the rules of the project, annual increment and other benefits will be available.
∎ Candidate having relevant experience of working in donor-funded projects would be preferred.
∎ Experience of working in enterprise development related projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF) Microcredit Regulatory Authority Certificate No. 05136-00895-00001, is working directly and indirectly for the socio-economic development about two lakh people. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi nationals for the following positions in the ‘Promotion of Value Added Fruits for Sustainable Growth and Instituting RECP Practices’ as a part of the ‘Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART)’ project. This sub-project aims to increase resource-efficient and resilient green growth of microenterprises (MEs) under High value crops (Fruits) sub-sector.
∎ The project is jointly financed by the World Bank, Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), and Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF).

∎ Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 50,000/-
∎ Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, etc.) as per the organization's policy.
∎ Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules.

∎ It is to be noted that for all the posts, security money of, 15,000/- will have to be paid at the time of appointment, which will be returned after the end of the service and the original certificate of educational qualification will have to be deposited with the organization. According to the organization, 100/- (one hundred) taka should be deposited in IFIC Bank Jashore Branch SNF General Fund under Account No. 4061252595041 and Routing No. 120410941 and the bank deposit receipt should be submitted with the application form.
