𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟯𝟲𝟱

Strong knowledge of:

• D365 Sales / Customer Service / Business Central
• Customization & Configuration
• Experience with 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience training or mentoring junior resources
• Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, Operations)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to lead projects and ensure delivery excellence

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:

• Experience working with international clients (USA / Europe) Microsoft certifications such as MB-210, MB-230, PL-200, etc.
• Strategic mindset to help scale and structure a Dynamics practice

Betopia Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Trainer & Practice Lead) who can do more than just implement solutions. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.

Key Responsibilities:

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆

• Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Business Central)
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and system architecture
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 based on business needs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality standards
• Follow best practices in documentation, development and deployment

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

• Train and mentor junior developers and fresh graduates
• Design a structured training roadmap (Beginner → Project-Ready)
• Evaluate and improve team technical capabilities
• Build internal standards, templates, and reusable components

Presales & Business Support:

• Support proposal creation, effort estimation and pricing strategy
• Participate in client meetings, demos and solution presentations
• Analyze client requirements and suggest best-fit solutions
• Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Help establish a revenue-ready Dynamics services vertical
• Define delivery processes, KPIs and quality benchmarks
